Ganapathy Sachchidananda swamiji has announced that he would donate land for building the capital city of Andhra Pradesh state. Swamiji trust owns around 6.4 acres of land on the banks of Krishna canal and he decided to donate the land for free of cost to Andhra Pradesh government.

After deciding to donate the land, he has ordered the officials working in Datta peetam to hand over the land documents to the government. The officers handed over the documents to CRDA officials few hours back.

It is already known that TDP government is in the process of land pooling in and around Vijayawada region.
