The Tamil Nadu Assembly will begin its session on February 17 with the address of Governor K. Rosaiah.

The House will meet at 10-45 a.m., according to a release issued by Assembly Secretary A.M.P. Jamalaudeen.

The announcement follows the State Cabinet meeting, which lasted about 30 minutes.

The schedule of the Assembly sitting will be finalised at a meeting of the Business Advisory Committee, which normally takes place on the first day of the session.
