Hyderabad: Telangana deputy chief minister Kadiyam Srihari has disclosed that Government has filed criminal cases against 16 engineering colleges in the state for giving false information to it.
Answering a question in the assembly, Srihari said that cases were filed against these colleges for misleading the Government and JNTU with false information at the time of seeking recognition from Government.
"16 engineering colleges have failed to show proper documents," he said , adding that government has no intention of avoiding payment of fee reimbursement.

2 months agoWhy only 16 engineering colleges? What about constituent colleges of JNTUH itself where there are only 4 permanent faculty for more than 1000 students!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
