DMK Chief M Karunanidhi lest Tamil Nadu assembly on Thursday in a fit of anger for lack of proper arrangements to disabled people like him.
Before walking out of the House, The Former CM commented, I am serving as an MLA for the past 50 years. There is no place for a disabled member like me. Sad to say, Ruling Party acts in a manner to see that I leave. I didn't expect this kind of a treatment".
Apparently, Tamil Nadu CM O Panneerselvam challenged Karunandhi to attend Assembly highlighting his consistent poor attendance. In Response. DMK Chief conveyed he is will to attend if allotted proper seat.
Karunanidhi who is wheelchair bound since the past few years expected special seating arrangement for him when he came to Assembly Today but couldn't find anything of that sort. After signing in the attendance register, He left the house immediately accusing AIADMK of disrespecting him.
