Hyderabad: In a major relief to the distressed farmers, the State government released the third phase of funds towards the waiver of crop loans.

The TRS government released Rs 2019.19 crore towards crop loan waiver. A G.O was issued by the government related to the same.

The State government has decided to release Rs 4,250 crore towards the next phase of crop loan waiver in 2017. The Government has so far released three phases of Rs 12,000 crore of crop loans out of Rs 17,000 crore.
