New Voter Registration Program Starts Today in Andhpradesh and Telangana states, said State Election Commissioner Bhanwarlal. The candidates who complete 18 years by January 1, 2015 are eligible for Voter registration. New smart voter Identity cards would be issued from January 25, said Bhanwarlal. The program would be carried out till december 8, 2014 in AP and Telangana states.
