A petition has been filed in the court challenging the encounter killing of Vikaruddin who has been killed a few days ago in the police firing in Warangal district. The petition has been filed by Vikaruddin's father in the High Court. In the petition, Mohammed Ahmed, father of Vikaruddin, has appealed to the court to order for a probe by a sitting judge so that facts can be known. Vikaruddin's father has stated that he cannot trust the SIT formed by Telangana government for investigating the case.
