Mumbai: Bollywood actors are known for their on-screen performances but are hardly known for their academic qualification. While education culminates into the bread and butter of millions, few stars regret not completing their studies on time.

One amongst them is the style icon Sonam Kapoor, who feels that her biggest regret in life is not completing her graduation. At a recent event, the otherwise proud and profound actress confessed few things that she isn’t proud of in her life. “I know that applied logic (referring to math) might not be something that comes to use right now but that logic is essential when I sign my contracts,” she confessed.

The actress also gave us an insight on the importance of discipline that academics instills in a person. “As an actor you have to do your homework. You know you wake up in the morning and by-heart your lines. In the evening you come back, you need to do homework. All these disciplinary aspects we get to learn in our school and college,” she added.

Sonam revealed that she had been a good student while she was in school and is not ashamed to complete her graduation at this age. “I could have waited for four more years to complete my studies but I became an actor. At that age you are so hungry to do something with your life that it happens. My advice to all the young people out there is to finish their education, I regret it and you will regret it too, may be 20-30 years down the line,” she shared.

The 29-year-old diva recently attended the Armani Prive Spring 2015 Fashion Show and plans on opening her own high street clothing line called ‘Rheson’ in collaboration with her sister, Rhea Kapoor.
