Jayam Ravi's upcoming film, Appataker is progressing at a brisk pace, and now, the team is shooting for a crucial sequence in Pollachi. A source close to the team, says, "The entire cast and crew of Appataker is currently in Pollachi, shooting for an important sequence. Though the climate is scorching hot here, the team has been shooting continuously for the past few days. The film is nearing completion, and the talkie portions of the film get wrapped up by first week of March." Interestingly, actor Vivekh has teamed up with Jayam Ravi after a long time, and he has recently joined the shoot. Directed by Suraj, the film has Trisha and Anjali playing the female leads.
