Aamir Khan gained lots of pounds for his role of a wrestler in his upcoming flick 'Dangal'. He actually went to US sometime ago to take part in a trip as part of the weight-losing routine.
During this trip, Aamir Khan who used to weigh 95 kgs lost 13 kgs in three weeks. He used to wake up at 6 am and then indulge himself in some form of physical activity, be it swimming, tennis, mountain climbing, hitting the gym, bike ride and hiking. He would be opting for a 30-minute break between each of these activities.
In addition, Aamir Khan would be consuming a healthy diet with a calorie intake of 1,600 to 1,800 per day. On each day, He kept burning nearly 4,000 calories.
Mr.Perfectionist isn't going to relax even after he cut short the trip to spend time with family on his 51st Birthday. He would be losing 20 kgs more in the near future and plans to do it in India itself.
