Akhil Akkineni acted in many international ads like Mountain Dew and got enough fame even before his entry into Tollywood as hero with Akhil : The power of Jua. But unfortunately, he had to taste the failure with the first movie itself. The movie turned out to be commercial flop in the industry but Akhil was acclaimed for his acting skills.
As per the latest sources, it is confirmed that he is going to achieve a rare feat that any other Tollywood hero did before. It is heard that famous International men’s monthly magazine GQ (Gentlemen's Quarterly) based in New York City which publishes fashion, style and culture for men is going to publish a 10 front page article about Akhil. It features Akhil life story, career in films, career as cricketer, and all other personal things about him.
It is also heard that Akhil is heading towards Abu Dhabi for the required photo shoot for this magazine.On the other side, he is currently planning to remake famous Hindi movie Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani and reprise the role of Ranbir Kapoor in Telugu.
