Nagarjuna and Karthi multistarrer film is Oopiri. It was released on 25th March. This film was directed by Vamsi Paidipally. It has received tremendous response from the fan base across the globe. Tamannaah was roped in as a female lead. This is the remake of french blockbuster The Intouchables. Oopiri was released in Telugu as well as Tamil. Gopi Sundar has given the background score. Oopiri received many appreciations including original maker's praise note. Even after 2 weeks it is getting decent collections at the box-office. So, Hollywood makers are also planning to remake this film. Anushka is another highlight for this movie.
We already know that Star Producer Karan Johar has bought the hindi remake rights of Oopiri. Now, he is planning to rope in Bollywood star Amitabh Bachchan along with Varun Dhawan to reprise the role of Nagarjuna and Karthi respectively. The female lead actress is not yet finalized.
