Rana has won Casanova image in Tollywood as he is frequently dragged into the rumors with various heroines. In the past he was linked with Trisha and then with Tapsee.
Last week, Bollywood media reported the special friendship with Shriya Saran, the senior actress who acted with all the leading stars of Tollywood.
Both of them have been seeing regularly together and he is walking on the ramp along with Shriya at a recent fashion week sparked off the rumors about their love affair.
Irritated by the reports, Shriya has tried to put an end to this speculation and clarified in detail about her friendship with Rana. I have known him for long time as I had begun my career in Tollywood and acted with Venkatesh, she said.
"After he started acting in Bollywood movies, he is regularly coming to Mumbai and the gang that I hang out in Mumbai is also friends with him. So this made people to link us but in reality we are just mere friends," she explained.
The mega success of "Baahubali" made Rana a darling of the Mumbai media.
