Negatives:

Story background
Dance performance in few songs

Analysis:

Guntur Talkies is all perversion, right from its plot to the dealing of the story. Though its central theme is about a robbery that takes place unknowingly leading to a series of mishappenings, its explicit content diverts the subject of the movie.

It looks like director the movie, Praveen Sattaru wants to give a dark and raw backdrop to his story by setting it in a village, between a few vile characters, but it backfired completely as he was evidently stuck between novelty and commerciality.

Though it is understood that the target audience of the film are different, we doubt if it even appeals to its respective genre' audience.

On the whole, Guntur Talkies ended up as a disappoinment with poor standards of storytelling. It is more disturbing, since it comes from an award-winning film-maker. Give it a watch if you are looking for an adult comedy film in Telugu.
