Thanks to the super buzz garnered with the trailer of Guntur Talkies. Noted producer and distributor Sai Korrapati, of Eega fame, has bought the theatrical rights of Praveen Sattaru's Guntur Talkies. Total theatrical rights of the film was sold to Sai for a fancy price.
Sai has a rare talent of picking up right projects. It can be noted that he also bought the theatrical rights of Omkar's Raju Gari Gadi after watching trailer and the film turned out to be big hit.
Featuring an ensemble cast including Sidhu, Rashmi Gautam, Shraddha Das, Lakshmi Manchu, Mahesh Manjrekar, Naresh in significant roles, the film's trailer was recently unveiled by Nandamuri Balakrishna. Now it needs to be seen whether Sai would release the film on his own or whether he would sell it off.
