There was a feeling that the failure of 'Bruce Lee' will have a negative impact on 'Thani Oruvan' Telugu remake as the Producer for both the films is one and the same. DVV Danayya & NV Prasad were likely to produce the new venture.
However, The resullt of 'Bruce Lee' is making Ram Charan think choosing another Producer in place of Danayya will help the business of the movie. If Danayya produces 'Thani Oruvan' remake, Distributors & Exhibitors who burnt their hands with 'Bruce Lee' might mount pressure on the makers to offer them theatrical rights for a much reasonable price. If the buzz is to be believed, Mega Producer sensed a big opportunity here.
Insiders say, Allu Aravind is keen on producing 'Thani Oruvan' remake. The reason behind it is the fact that its a potential script and just the dialogue version is to be written. In addition, Charan wishes to wrap the shooting in 4-5 months and this move could save close to Rs 8 crore for the Producer.
