Director V V Vinayak, who is in neck-deep of troubles post the debacle of Akhil, has reportedly settled them all by selling his plush house, which is located at the hill-side of the Jubilee hills. His lavish house was once a talk of the t-town, since it was designed according to the tastes of the director, with some expensive interiors and a rich looking infrastructure.
However, the industry sources informed that, Vinayak sold the space for 20 Crores, only because of the 'Vaastu' issues the place has, but nothing else. 'Money was never an issue for the director', the sources stressed. The house was in fact a gift from Alludu Seenu producer, to the director. Apparently, there is another version to the story that, V V Vinayak had to sell the space to payback the losses incurred to the distributors of Akhil.
The director is said to have taken over the responsibility on to his shoulders and have compensated the huge amount by selling his property, which is close to his heart, informs the rumor mill. Whatever the truth might be, it is clear that Akhil's failure has affected the ace director quite a lot.
Let us hope he bounces back with his next project, which is a prestigious comeback of Megastar Chiranjeevi. Though it is a remake of Tamil super hit film Kaththi, the director is on the job to make changes to the script, to the suit the star image of the actor and as well to meet the demands of mega fans. Post Chiranjeevi's film, Vinayak might do a film with Nithin for free, to as well requite the damage done.
