'Robo 2.0' have a star-studded cast comprising of Rajinikanth, Akshay Kumar and Amy Jackson. Still, Shankar wasn't content and mulling to rope the biggest star of the country.
Grapevine in the Industry is that Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan were approached to play special cameos in 'Robo 2.0'. Of course, Bachchans were yet to respond on the proposal.
Earlier, Shankar offered the role of Raghuvaran in 'Shivaji' and Antagonist in 'Robo'. Big B turned down the offer on both these occasions citing various reasons.
Shooting of 'Robo 2.0' is happening at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in New Delhi right now. A football match sequence is being canned in the combination of Superstar and Akshay Kumar. Hundreds of people have been found waiting outside the stadium only to catch a glimpse of their favorite stars.
