Bollywood top critic Rajeev Masad was in Hyderabad yesterday to interview Power Star Pawan Kalyan whose latest flick Sardaar Gabbar Singh is releasing simultaneously in Hindi. As we reported earlier, Rajeev puzzled Pawan about his rivalry with Mahesh Babu. Here is Pawan's answer to the question.
'We both came together for piracy. He (Mahesh Babu) gave voiceover to my film Jalsa. We don't have any personal rivalry,' said Pawan Kalyan. However, there is huge competition between these two superstars for top slot in Tollywood.
Another interesting question asked by Rajeev was, 'Your fans want you to do a film with Rajamouli.' Pawan Kalyan replied in his style saying, 'I met Rajamouli two to three times, I want films to happen and don't want to plan them.'
Pawan Kalyan never approached any director till date. In fact, he likes to work with class directors who can get in sync with his work style. Pawan won't surrender for directors, and in addition he involves in writing and other departments.
Meanwhile, a special screening of Sardaar Gabbar Singh is being held for Hindi media persons in Mumbai. Telugu premieres will be screened tonight in good number of theaters across the globe.
