For the last one week, Mahesh Babu's Brahmotsavam is being shot in the holy cities of Varanasi and Haridwar. Amidst rumours of the film's shooting pace has slowed down, the team is pulling out all stops to complete the film at the earliest.
Amidst such challenging conditions, the Brahmotsavam unit has faced an even difficult challenge controlling the crowds during the Haridwar schedule. Mahesh is a nationally acclaimed star and has a decent fanbase across the country thanks to his brand endorsements.
During the Haridwar schedule, hundreds of devotees recognized Mahesh Babu and thronged the sets in a bid to catch a few glimpses of him, making it tough for the unit to proceed with the shoot at the famous Vishnu Ghat.
After failing to control the crowd, the production crew had to finally call in the police to control the over enthusiastic crowds. Currently, the shooting is going on without any interruption under the strict police's vigil.
