Rajamouli earlier approached Sridevi for the role of Sivagami in 'Baahubali'. But the Athiloka Sundari declined the offer and the role then went to Ramya Krishna.
Now if the reports are to be believed, the 'Eega' director wants 'Baahubali 2' to be much bigger and is contemplating to rope in the 'English Vinglish' actress for an important role. But we will have to wait and see if she agrees to act in the movie or not. Sridevi impressed with her look in the theatrical trailer of 'Puli', released recently. She is expecting it would be a good comeback film for her in the South.
The pre-production work of 'Baahubali 2' is in full swing currently. There were also reports that Rajamouli wants to rope in some Bollywood actor and even WWE fighters for the film. But the 'Magadheera' director is tight-lipped about the project.
