Mahesh Babu’s Srimanthudu opened to superb response everywhere and it created a huge sensation at the box office, right from its first day. This movie has beaten the lifetime records of Pawan Kalyan’s Attarintiki Daredi, Magadheera and other blockbusters.
It has become the second all time highest grossing Telugu film after Baahubali. Srimanthudu collected Rs 175 Crore at the worldwide box office. This family entertainer managed to smash all the recent records.
Koratala Siva directed this movie and the positive word of mouth took its business upwards. The huge hype and promotion helped this movie to register decent collections. This movie was released on August 7th in huge number of screens.
It is heard that the makers are planning to hold a grand function in the US and this success meet of Srimanthudu will be held in New Jersey on October 24th.
