Eleven students of Syed Hashim College of Engineering at Gajwel climbed college building to commit suicide. They alleged that management was harassing them to clear their college dues. All the third-year engineering students belong to AP said that college management was not accepting exam fee from them by citing that they have not cleared tuition fees. Students said that they have brought to the notice of Irrigation Minister Harish Rao and TJAC Chairman Kodandaram about the delay in getting fee reimbursement to them.
