Andhra Pradesh chief minister Chandrababu Naidu has appointed divine speaker and spiritualist Chaganti Koteswara Rao as the advisor to Andhra Pradesh government. The spritual guru will hereby advise the AP Government on spiritual, religious and cultural issues and celebration of all festival across the state.The chief minister has announced the same at the Durmukha Nama Ugadi celebrations in Vijayawada on Friday.
