GHMC plans to clean Hussain Sagar lake

Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) is planning to clean up tank bund. Recently, the gates at tank bund are closing down as a huge amount of garbage has collected. Iron, plaster of paris and waste material has been dumped, in the lake which have collected at the gates, which are not opening. The GHMC has decided to clear the muck and open the gates. High tech machinery has been brought in to clean. The water will go to Indira Park and other parks due to force of gravity.
