The Telangana Information Technology Association (TITA) on Thursday announced their support to MLC Candidate G. Devi Prasad for the upcoming Graduate MLC election to be held on Sunday, 22nd March 2015.
G. Devi Prasad rose in Allipur village, Medak district. Devi Prasad’s resume describes him as an employee in state irrigation department and also he is the President of Telangana Non-Gazetted Officers Association. Devi Prasad played a crucial role as a TNGO leader in building a strong employees movement in Telangana.
“I would like to thank the Telangana Information Technology Association (TITA), my supporters, volunteers and friends for their incredible support leading up to this moment.” Devi Prasad said after TITA announced their support of his candidature in upcoming Graduate MLC elections. “If elected, I will look forward to the hard work that lies ahead and work towards positive Leadership.".
Telangana Information Technology Association (TITA) Founder & President Sundeep Kumar Makthala said that they are supporting the TRS candidate after closely watching the Telangana Governments commitment in providing the transparent and accountable administration which works for the betterment and welfare of the common citizen.
Mr. Makthala congratulated Devi Prasad personally and extended the discussion about generating the awareness among public about the voting for the Graduate MLC elections. The discussion was majorly on creation of knowledge centers in rural areas, employment generation, IT employee’s job security, providing recreation centers and many other areas to be focused.
Sundeep Makthala also discussed about various innovative approaches to be planned for promoting G. Devi Prasad’s candidature for Graduate MLC elections. On this occasion Makthala said that he will be involving Telangana Innovation Center, a new initiative by TITA to identify various innovative approaches where Devi Prasad’s message will be reaching many people about his promised positive governance.
TITA is planning to organize a Hi-Tea meeting with Information Technology professionals in IT Corridor where Devi Prasad along with some representative from Ministry of IT will address the gathering. This meeting will be mostly interactive where Information Technology professionals will share their expectations from Telangana Government in coming years.
TITA Vice Presidents Naveen Gaddam, Ranapratap Bojjam, Corporate Wing Chair Vishnumurthy Kalagony, Joint Secretary Ravi Anthony, Swamy Deva, Md. Mansoor, Naveen and others were present in the meeting.
