Pawan Kalyan cautioned TDP Government not to repeat the same mistake of YSR's regime and that's acquiring the lands owned by the poor to favour corporates and industrialists in the name of SEZs. He advised State Government to acquire the land what was necessary for building a Capital instead of 33,000 acres. He also questioned how and when TDP Government would build the worldclass capital with deficit budget and poor allocations from Centre.
