Where the whole of Andhra Pradesh was eagerly awaiting the developments that would take place once Pawan Kalyan tours the capital zone area, power star has tamely said that he is not confident of any action being taken on special status even if he puts in a word.
He further added that he had promised to question the government if they did anything wrong and said that he was doing just that. If Andhra Pradesh does not get special status, then it would show the inability of those in power to get things moving, said Pawan Kalyan.
Much to the delight of his detractors, Pawan Kalyan said he doubted if he would get an appointment with the Prime Minister if he contacted the PMO.
Pawan said that his question was about how many acres would the AP government require to develop its new capital and how long would it take for the capital to be ready? He also addressed the question on many minds by asking what would happen to all these grand plans if TDP is not voted to power during the next general elections.
Though he was supporting Chandra Babu’s government, Pawan said that he would continue to fight against the land acquisition bill.
He also demanded that AP government must not touch villages which were not willing to part with their land.
Finally, Pawan said that Telugu people had loads of self respect speaking at a public meeting in Tullur.
