Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghuvar Das on Monday said that the proposed new capital and the Vidhan Sabha premises will come up with the consent of people and the government's top most priority will be to rehabilitate those living on the earmarked land.

During a meeting with the people, likely to be affected by the Replica Ballon Bleu De Cartier proposed projects at state secretariat, Das told the villagers from Kute, Tiril, Mudma, Laade and Jagannathpur that construction work for the proposed project would begin only after the affected families were rehabilitated. The government would ensure that injustice was not done with anyone, he added.
