Till recently, the BJP had the advantage of censuring the TDP over the ‘vote-for-cash’ episode for the purpose of political leverage.

It cannot do so anymore. After having sheltered Sushma Swaraj and Vasundhara Raje in the ‘Lalit Modi’ issue and now silent on Puja Munde’s scam, there is absolutely no way, the BJP can accuse Chandrababu or TDP of corruption.

If that were to happen, a thousand arrows would come hurtling back at the BJP for every arrow delivered.

But in a way, it is a classic example of equality in India. YS Jagan already has cases pending against him in Court; Congress is the ‘father of corruption’ and now the TDP and BJP have been officially exposed.

So, there is no political party in India that can claim a clean image. At least when it comes to corruption, one can find equality in India.
