Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhara Rao held a meeting with top officials of the police department at his camp office on Thursday.

The Telangana CM is believed to have discussed the recent developments in the cash-for-vote scam.

Several top officials including ACB DG AK Khan, Hyderabad and Cyberabad commissioners, several DCPs, Principal Secretary Rajiv Trivedi were present in the meeting.

It is learnt that kcr's meeting touched upon the progress in the case, Revanth Reddy's remarks after releasing from the jail, TDP leaders defying police orders and  likely follow-up action.

The meeting assumed significance as all the top police officials attended the meeting.

Telangana DGP Anurag Sharma stayed away from the meeting as his mother passed away recently.
