Indeed, even before the dust settles over the capture of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader and previous Delhi law minister Jitender Singh Tomar for purportedly delivering fake Certificates, the gathering is confronting new inconvenience more than a comparative issue. A Delhi court on Thursday took cognizance of a protestation documented against AAP official Bhavna Gaur, which blamed her for distorting truths about her instructive capability in her decision oaths.

Lawyers Samarendra Nath Verma in his complaint allegedly noted about the educational qualifications of Bhavna Gaur as fake and he stated she provided two separate affidavits for the same during Delhi assembly elections in 2013 and 2015 respectively. In 2013 she wrote it up as she studied up to class 8 and then in 2015 she stated as Graduate from Delhi university.
