ACB moves Supreme Court,Revanth bail,ACB formally filed a petition in the Supreme Court,TDP MLA Revanth Reddy,Telangana Advocate General,cash-for-vote case,HC Judge granted bail to Revanth
Hyderabad: The ACB formally filed a petition in the Supreme Court on Thursday, challenging the bail granted to TDP MLA Revanth Reddy, accused in cash-for-vote case. Telangana Advocate General filed the petition seeking cancellation of the bail for Revanth, Uday Simha and Sebastian.
This petition may come up for hearing on Friday.
Revanth, the main accused in cash-for-vote case was arrested and kept in Cherlapalli jail. His petition for bail came to a final hearing on Wednesday. After going through the arguments, the Judge granted bail to Revanth.
