New Delhi/Hyderabad : Andhra Pradesh and Telangana Governor E. S. L. Narasimhan on Thursday met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the national capital. During the 45-minute meeting, the governor is understood to have briefed Modi of the latest situation in the two states in the wake of cash-for-vote scam.

Chandrababu Naidu also met Modi and central ministers in Delhi on Wednesday to demand a probe into alleged phone tapping by the Telangana government and also powers to governor to maintain law and order in Hyderabad in accordance with Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act.
