Bandaru Dattatreya discusses Godavari Pushkaralu with Endowment minister

Sri Bandaru Dattatraya Union Minister held a meeting with Sri Indrakaran Reddy, Honourable Minister for Endowments & Housing, Government of Telangana on Thursday in Hyderabad. Both the Ministers discussed the issue of Godavari Pushkaralu to be commenced shortly in Telangana and the arrangements made by the State Government. Honourable Minister Sri Indrakaran Reddy sought the cooperation of Union Minister Sri Dattatraya to pursue with the Union Government for allocation of more funds from the Union Government in developing the ghats and arrangements for the pilgrims during the Pushkaralu from Basar to Dharmapuri & Badrachalam. Sri Dattatraya assured all the necessary help from the Union Government will be initiated by him in this regard.

 Both the Ministers also discussed the Housing projects status in the state of Telangana particularly Indira Awas Yojana scheme in Rural areas and Rajeev Gruha Kalpa scheme in the Urban areas of the state. Sri Dattatraya said that he would extend full cooperation for the initiation of Honourable Chief Minister of Telangana Sri K. Chandrashekar Rao for his motivation of Slum Free City of Hyderabad. State Minister Sri Indrakaran Reddy said that he would be visiting New Delhi very shortly and requested Union Minister Sri Dattatraya's cooperation for assistance in meeting with Union Rural Developement Minister Sri Virendra Singh & Urban Development Minister Sri M.Venkaiah Naidu and also in allocation of more funds for Housing & Urban Infrastructure Development for which Sri Dattatraya assured all necessary help in this regard.

Sri Indrakaran Reddy sought special allocation from the Union Labour Ministry  for the welfare of Beedi Workers in the districts of Karimnagar, Nizamabad, Adilabad, Warangal & Medak Districts and also setting up of Super Speciality ESI Hospital at Nirmal. Sri Dattatraya said he would depute Labour Welfare Commissioner to take up all necessary initiatives in this regard and also to initiate setting up of more ESI 50 to 100 bedded Hospitals in the Districts of Telangana.
