Vijayawada: AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu on Tuesday administered the oath of Nava Nirmana Deeksha to people, government employees and students.

Along with Chandrababu Naidu, Government employees, people and others swore that they would rededicate themselves for the reconstruction of the state with hard work and sincerity.

The Nava Nirmana Deeksha was conducted at a public meeting arranged at Benj Circle here on the eve of the residual AP completing one year.

"We have to develop the state in a way that would cause envy to those who divided the state, " he said, administering the oath to people.

Chandrababu said there is a necessity for the two Telugu states to cooperate with each other for mutual development. "Without cooperation, nothing would happen," he said.

Claiming that his Government has taken several measures for the welfare of the people in the last one year , he said he would continue the programmes with the same vigour and enthusiasm.
