The projects over Krishna River water has seen both AP minister Devineni Uma and Telangana minister Harish Rao at loggerheads. While Uma questioned if the TRS government has permissions in place for the projects it is building, Harish Rao reeled out a number of projects that were coming up without permission in AP. He pledged that the Palamuru Rangareddy project will come up despite hurdles.
