Strong sources of ours were stating that the Tapes that were sent to Forensic department were much true and they confirmed the audio voice as Chandrababu naidu's. But still ACB doesn't want to arrest Chandrababu on this base but were planning to sort out things their way to send a witness notification and notices to Babu to attend for Investigation from ACB.

They feel like if the go for an arrest Babu can bring in an absolute package of Stay from AP high court so they want to drench him down firstly on this Witness issue and planning to consider him as Culprit. Also Chandrababu Naidu's name will be joined in adjoined FIR in Note for Note case.

Babu has the chance to challenge them in court too.
