The land pooling process of Andhra Pradesh capital region is still meeting criticism over the issue of Gramakanthalu (vacant place lying near the houses of villagers). The issue has become the subject of dispute between the state government officials and the villagers. The limited gramakanthalu, which has been existing since Britishers time, have expanded in area now. On the other hand, AP ministers have reportedly made it clear that they will sort out the differences with amicable solution.
