The outbreak of Swine Flu in Telangana and KCR suspending 3 Officials in the Health Department spread the sacking of Deputy CM T Rajaiah from the cabinet. The major allegations against the Minister were tainted office staff, irregularities in the tenders  called for 108 & 104 services and utter failure in curtailing the spread of H1N1 virus.
 
T Rajaiah claimed he took all the measures to prevent outbreak of Swine Flu. On the allegations of corruption in the tenders for 285 new vehicles of 108 & 104 services, He questions, "How fare is to allege that irregularities have taken place even before the completion of the tenders?".
 
Health Minister's Outburst: "I am spending sleepless nights since the past 3-4 Days because of the baseless allegations and attempts made to tarnish my image. Even Media isn't co-operating with me and publishing reports in a one-sided manner. Has representing the Dailt Community the only crime I have done? Hang me if I am guilty!".
 
Political Analysts say, KCR willn't be sacking T Rajaiah any time soon as he is a Dalit.
