The government will construct houses for the poor, he said. KCR assured that he will be visiting the area once in month to prod officials to address the needs of the people.
KCR said that a team led by deputy Chief Minister Mahamood Ali and others conducted a study tour to Nagpur and Delhi for preparing a plan-of-action to make Hyderabad clean and green. The GHMC will provide two dust bins to every household and collect garbage through 2,500 autos, he said.
Hyderabad was a noted city and hundreds of nalas are causing problems to the people, he said adding that the issues will be resolved. He exhorted the women folk to participate in the clean drive to root out garbage problem and make Hyderabad healthy city sans garbage as well as dust bins in near future.
