Bribing MLAs to shift loyalities

On 23 August 1995, NT Rama Rao was removed as Chief Minister and as the president of the TDP by his son-in-law, Nara Chandrababu Naidu. He engineered an internal party coup against him and took over the offices.Most of the TDP MLA's sided with Chandrababu Naidu and camped at the Viceroy Hotel in Hyderabad. Chandrababu made the MLAs of theTelugu desam party to support him to dethrone NTR by offering bribes. The MLAs supported him after accepting the bribes from Chandrababu Naidu.

The history is getting repeated. The TDP MLAs of the Telangana region after winning the election with TDP seat, have joined TRS party after KCR offered them the same which Chandrababu offered in 1995.

Mr. Corrupt and Mr. Clean

TDP joined hands with the congress at the centre to fix Jagan in the disproportionate assets case. Majority of the Political leaders are corrupt in a country like India. Every voter is aware of this. The level of corruption may vary from politician to politician, but in common, except a few political leaders, all are corrupt.

Inspite of all the above, Chandrababu tried to expose Jagan as Mr. Corrupt and display himself as Mr. clean. He did the same by taking the help of the Congress party at the centre to invoke Central Bureau of Investiation against Jagan.

Telangana CM KCR too made the history repat for Chandrababu Naidu. Through Cash for Vote scam and Chandrababu naidu's Phone call conversation with TRS MLA Stephenson,  KCR has come hard on TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu. TDP MLA Revanth Reddy was caught red handed while bribing the TRS nominated MLA Stephenson to vote for his party in MLC elections. Without accepting a bribe or a favour, no MLA/MP/MLC does favour to other party. Everyone are aware of this. But Telangana Chief Minister KCR exposed Chandrababu and Revanth Reddy as number one Corrupted MLAs by catching them red handed. KCR displayed himself as Mr. Clean and exposed Chandrababu and co as Mr. Corrupt. This is what Chandrababu did in Jagan's case.
