Hyderabad: Hyderabad Metro Rail managing director N.V.S. Reddy will meet TS Legislative Assembly speaker S. Madhusudhana Chary on Saturday. The meeting is significant in the backdrop of proposed realignment of  Metro in front of Assembly.
 
HMR sources said Mr Reddy would brief the speaker about the original metro route and the proposed realignment. TS is seeking realignment on metro route in front of Assembly on  the ground of ‘security threat’ besides protecting T-martyrs memorial. However, the L&T has been claiming that there would not be any threat  as the viaduct would be far away from both sites.
