Elections to the post of President of Movie Artistes Association (MAA) of Telugu film industry seem to be imminent as two stalwarts of the Tollywood are in the race for the prestigious post.

Veteran actors Rajendra Prasad and Jayasudha have filed their nominations for the post of president. Elections will be held on March 29.

Meanwhile, actors Siva Krishna and Manchu Lakshmi were unanimously elected as vice presidents of MAA. Actors Tanikella Bharani and Sivai Raja were also unanimously elected as executive vice president and General Secretary respectively.

Actor Ali was elected as Secretary.
