Hyderabad: Probably in a first of its kind appointment, the Raj Bhavan has hired a Yoga instructor. The appointment gains significance with celebration of International Yoga Day on June 21. The Special Chief Secretary to Governor informed that Governor ESL Narasimhan has been utilising the services of P Ravi Kishore, Yoga teacher from April 8 this year and found his services essential and decided to continue the teacher’s  services.

"He (Governor) has requested to accord necessary permission to engage the services of above said individual as Yoga teacher  on payment of monthly remuneration of Rs. 15,000/-," he said. Based on this recommendation, the State Government has complied with the  Governor’s request.
