Hyderabad:
The ACB Court today extended the judicial custody of TDP MLA Revanth Reddy, accused in cash-for-vote case. The Justice issued orders extending his remand to July 13.

The ACB officials produced the MLA, along with the other two accused in the case, Sebastian and Udya Simha, before the court as the period of his earlier remand has ended on Monday.

Requesting extension of Revanth's remand as the case is passing through a crucial stage, the ACB filed another memo in the court.

The ACB court issued orders extending the judicial remand of the trio till July 13. Later, the officials shifted Revanth Reddy to Cherlapalli jail.

On the other hand, the bail petition of Revanth Reddy will come to hearing in the High Court on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, the High Court has quashed the petition filed by nominated MLA Stephenson, requesting to change the bench in the squash case of Mathaiah, A-4 accused in the cash-for-vote case. The court also ordered to file a case against Stephenson under contempt of court.
