Tirumala: Visakha Sarada Peethadhipati Swaroopananda Saraswati attributed all the problems being faced by AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu to the inauspicious muhurtam of his oath-taking ceremony.
He said important event like oath taking as a chief minister of a state should not be conducted after sunset. Chandrababu Naidu took the oath at 7.27 pm on June 8, 2014, i.e., after sunset.
He visited Tirumala and had Lord's darshan on Thursday morning. Later, speaking to the media, the Seer expressed concern over planes flying over Srivari temple, which is disastrous to the country.
He said the government was not taking any steps on this issue due to its inefficiency. It should be reminded here that a plane flew over the Tirumala temple recently. Agama Sashtra bans flying of planes on top of any temple. Besides, Tirumala temple falls under 'no flying zone'.
