Finance Minister Etela Rajender revealed Welfare, Agriculture and Employment Creation will be given top priority in upcoming Telangana Budget 2015. He says there will be adequate allocations from prestigious Water Grid Project, Power, Woman & Child Welfare.

Etela Rajender complained Telangana Government hasn't received funds from Centre to the tune of Rs 25,000 crore due to the change in policies of the Modi Government. He opined Centre increasing the state's share in Taxes to 42 percent will be of little use as the Union Government removed few schemes and reduced allocations for few others.

The Minister made it clear that Telangana Government is scouting for alternatives as Centre is in no mood to entertain any big demands from the States. He stresses Telangana Budget 2015 will be realistic and new taxes willn't be levied.
