Thullur: The ruling and opposition parties in the AP state indulged in an ugly battle over burning of crops in Thullur. YSR Congress party official spokesperson Pardha Saradhi alleges that the ruling TDP leaders have indulged in such a heinous crime to scare the farmers in a bid to force them to handover their lands to the state government for capital city construction. He demands a CBI inquiry into the matter to nab the culprits.

State Agriculture Minister Prattipati Pulla rao also levied serious allegations against YSR Congress party in this regard. He argues Jagan and his party leaders, who have criminal records may be behind this conspiracy so as to provoke the farmers against the government and thus to obstruct land acquisition process. He asserted that government will definitely break this conspiracy and bring the criminals to the book.

Their allegations and counter allegations help only to raise suspicions on both. So, the state government should order for inquiry without any delay otherwise obviously people may suspect it as alleged by the opposition party.
