Andhra Pradesh chief minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu is leaving to Singapore today . It is learnt that Chandrababu is touring Singapore to pay homage to former Singapore PM Lee Kuan Yew . Chandrababu will be accompanied by Communication adviser Parakala Prabhakar and CM Principal Secretary Satish Chandra and he will return on Thursday .
